We trust that your purchase brings you satisfaction. In the event that you find any reason for discontent, rest assured that you have the option to return it to us. We offer a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please refer to the details below for a comprehensive overview of our return policy.

RETURNS
We offer 7 day returns for all customers in Canada & the US and 15 day returns for everywhere else. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at klassyshape@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item or items with its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You can select your preferred shipping method and company, whoever, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS                                                                                                                              The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products from our on sale section
• Earrings
• Gift Cards
• Personalized orders
• Made-to-order orders including fine jewelry (14k solid gold pieces)

Customers must exercise discretion when purchasing as returns due to skin reactions from wearing our pieces are not accepted.
