Shipping & Delivery Policy
We kindly invite you to review our Shipping & Delivery Policy prior to completing your purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.
All shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. While preparation may take place on Sundays and holidays, shipments are dispatched on the next business day. Should a shipping date fall on a Sunday or holiday, it will be carried over to the following business day.
Canada & USA Orders
All orders include a tracking number for your convenience.
- Express Shipping (2–7 business days): $10
- Complimentary Express Shipping (2–7 business days): On orders over $60
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, including Christmas, Black Friday, and Boxing Day.
International Orders
Shipping rates for international destinations are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location. While most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, occasional delays of up to 45 days may occur due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Kindly note:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping fees
- Policies vary by country; we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. In the rare event that your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for further assistance.
